Ladies, Embry-Riddle crushed Life Pacific 9-1. Jamie Black had a hat trick. Chino Valley shut out Round Valley 3-0. Livia McMains scored all three Lady Cougar goals.
Volleyball, Yavapai College bested Southern Nevada 3-0. Ciara Yearby made 14 digs. Bradshaw Mountain went 2-3 at the Epic Tourneys tournament.
At the Ray Wherley Cross Country Invitational, the Prescott boys placed second and the Chino Valley boys were third. The Cougars’ Maddie Metz won the girls’ number 2 and 3 race, and Will Townsend was the Badgers’ highest placer.
