Crews from the Copper Canyon Fire and Medical District were involved in hazmat operations on I-17 Sunday afternoon. This was the result of a tractor-trailer rolling over at mile marker 299 near Cottonwood. The truck was transporting hazardous materials. When firefighters arrived, they found the driver had exited the vehicle himself with only minor injuries.
Fire crews were able to prevent any major leakage of hazardous materials.
