The Prescott Valley Town Council passed an amendment to the town code to help remove graffiti more quickly.
Neighborhood Services Director Stephanie Robinson says:
Robinson says time extensions can be given to property owners to remove any graffiti. Allowances will also be made for three-day holidays. The town council passed the amendment unanimously.
