CVHS Grad Goes from Knee Injury to Collegiate Volleyball Player

A couple of years ago, a serious knee injury left Makaya Moody’s volleyball career in doubt. But she came back her senior year for Chino Valley and was named the region defensive player of the year. Now she is a key part of the Yavapai College volleyball team.

So far this season for Yavapai, Moody has 57 digs, 35 assists, and 16 ace serves.
