Smoke Alarm Installation for the Deaf

The Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority has teamed up with the Arizona Burn Foundation, Arizona Commission for the Deaf and the Hard of Hearing, and American Red Cross Arizona for a community smoke alarm walk. It takes place November twenty-second from 8 a.m. to noon. This particular smoke alarm walk will install specialized alarm systems for deaf and hard-of-hearing residents for free.

CAFMA is asking for volunteers to help with this event. A link to sign up for the smoke alarm walk is on the Central Arizona Fire and Medical Facebook page.
