The Prescott Valley Town Council considers updating the town code regarding urban camping and the public solicitation of vehicles at its meeting Thursday. A vote on phase two of the Jasper development is also on the agenda.
The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. in the town library auditorium at 7401 East Skoog Boulevard.
