A detention officer with the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office was arrested and faces misdemeanor counts of assault and disorderly conduct per domestic violence, as well as potential charges related to driving under the influence, following an altercation in Paulden last night.
The incident was reported around 7 p.m. Tuesday when witnesses said 42-year-old Jesse Wilburn, Sr. of Paulden argued with and then struck a family member outside a Paulden gas station.
