Prescott P&Z Approves Replacement Building for Old City Hall

A new building to replace the former Prescott City Hall is one step closer to becoming a reality. At its meeting Thursday, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6-1 to approve the new hotel, restaurant, and retail complex along South Cortez Street.

Commissioner Don Michaelman said:

Prescott Broadcasting, LLC · DON HALL 11-15-24

Commissioner Tom Reilly, who cast the lone dissenting vote, explained:

Prescott Broadcasting, LLC · TOM HALL 11-15-24

The matter will go before the Prescott City Council for its consideration.
