The Prescott girls basketball team had more than a week off from competition going into last night’s game versus Deer Valley, and apparently the rest did them well. The Lady Badgers defense put a stranglehold on Deer Valley’s offense the entire night, all the while dropping in a ton of buckets. The result was a 64-22 rout by Prescott.
Huge night for Bella Abt as she had a career-high 27 points. She also recorded nine rebounds and seven steals. Addie Prisciandaro knocked down five three-pointers and ended up with 19 points on the night. Lilly James dished out seven assists.
Prescott is now 5-2 overall on the season. They are in action tomorrow when they host undefeated Sunnyslope, who have scored 80 or more points in three of their four wins. Tip-off from the Dome is 2 p.m.
