The Chino Valley Town Council swears in new Mayor Tom Armstrong and its new council members at its meeting Tuesday. There will also be a vote on the acceptance of a loan from the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority for the Old Home Manor Water Production Facility.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in Town Council Chambers at 202 North Highway 89.
