PHS Girls Basketball Levels St. Mary’s at Footprint Center

Playing on the same court as the Phoenix Suns and the Phoenix Mercury is a memorable experience for any high school basketball team. What makes it even more memorable is getting a win on that court. That’s exactly what the Prescott girls basketball team did Monday when they took on St. Mary’s at the Footprint Center.

After a slow start, the game turned into a lopsided affair, with the Lady Badgers walloping the Lady Knights 70-34. Addie Prisciandaro registered 32 points and four assists. Bella Abt posted 21 points, eight rebounds, and six assists.

Prescott goes into the Christmas holiday having won three of its last four games, giving them an overall record of 7-3. The Lady Badgers are off until January 2nd when they host the Lady Badger Winter Classic.
