Time to see how some former local athletes are doing at other schools. Former Yavapai College basketball player Ray Glasgow is doing well at Tennessee Tech. He is averaging 8.5 points per game with 35 rebounds and 11 assists. Back on December 17, Glasgow posted a season-high 20 points in the Golden Eagles’ 71-68 loss to Western Illinois.
Another Yavapai College product, Saydee Allred, is contributing at Southern Virginia University. In her last game on December 14, she notched six points in the Lady Knights’ 54-49 win over Piedmont.
Prescott High School alum Jason Parent is among Yavapai College’s top scorers. He’s averaging 11.8 points per game while amassing 64 rebounds, 31 assists, 22 steals, and 16 blocks.
Another former Badger, Wyatt Rewerts, has seen time on the mat with Embry-Riddle wrestling, putting up a 3-2 record at 165 pounds so far.
