Does Prescott Have Enough Water for a Major Wildfire

One of the problems people have pointed to when initially fighting the wildfires in Los Angeles is how some of the fire hydrants had no water in them. With the water supply always a concern in Prescott, some may wonder if a similar situation could happen here during a major wildfire.
