Embry-Riddle to Help Train USAF Pilots

Future U.S. Air Force pilots could find themselves training in Prescott. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University has entered into an agreement with the Air Force to provide initial pilot training to commissioned officers selected for undergraduate pilot training.

Embry-Riddle President P. Barry Butler says the collaboration will not only assist the Air Force in addressing its growing need for skilled pilots but will also support the country’s defense.

The training program will include the use of the recently upgraded Robertson Flight Simulation Center, which features state-of-the-art simulation and virtual reality technology.
