Two of the items concerning the Stringfield at Granite Mountain development were tabled by the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors at Wednesday’s meeting. But a third item involving the Williamson Valley housing development was voted on 4-1 in favor of, with Supervisor Brooks Compton casting the lone dissenting vote.
County spokesman David McAtee tells The News there were some safety concerns raised about the project:
This phase of the Stringfield consists of 59 single-family lots between one and four acres in size.
