Prescott Valley Mayor Kell Palguta took to social media to level harsh accusations against a member of the Town Council. On the “Mayor Kell Palguta” Facebook page, he pointed out one member of the council did not vote in favor of the ethics policy on the agenda for last Thursday’s meeting. That councilmember was Bill Williams.
Palguta tells The News:
Palguta also stated on Facebook that Williams, “Has chosen to attack staff, call them names, belittle them and use profanity towards them in an attempt to bully and intimidate. As well as threaten to call for their firing on a weekly basis… has attacked and ridiculed fellow town council members… has contacted local police command staff and Yavapai County Sheriff Dave Rhodes and tried to file criminal charges of cyber stalking and harassment against a fellow member of council as well as accusing them of physically stalking him.”
