The Yavapai County Emergency Operations Plan is now available for public review. The Yavapai County Emergency Management Office states the plan serves to outline roles, responsibilities, and coordination efforts from local agencies to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters. They say the goal is to create a unified and effective response when emergencies strike.
