An Aldi grocery store is coming to Prescott Valley in the near future. Mayor Kell Palguta stated on his Facebook page, “Next Thursday, council will be voting to approve the final development plan for Aldi to be built in the north end of the Kohl’s shopping plaza on Glassford Hill Rd.!!! Specific timelines are not currently known, but just the official commitment from Aldi to choose Prescott Valley as a commercial trade area is huge.
“This announcement may make some of you very happy and may also disappoint some who were hoping for something else. I will say we will be announcing something, in my opinion, even bigger than Aldi coming to town next month. So stay tuned for that.”
