Tuesday was a rainy day throughout Yavapai County.
According to the site Raindrop.com, Prescott received just under a quarter inch of rain. Prescott Valley and Chino Valley both got 0.22 inches. Dewey-Humboldt received 0.21 inches. Mayer got 0.33 inches. Cottonwood had a quarter-inch of rain. Camp Verde received under a quarter-inch of rain, and Sedona got more than a half-inch of rain.
More rain is on tap for the Tri-City area today as the National Weather Service is calling for a 40-percent chance of showers.
