The Prescott Valley Town Council held a study session Thursday afternoon, discussing Arizona Open Meeting Law.
The Open Meeting Law Enforcement Team, in the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, is in the process of reviewing complaints from council members about compliance with Open Meeting Law. It has been determined that they are not the appropriate organization to provide training on Open Meeting Law.
Therefore, Danee Garone, senior staff attorney for the Citizens’ Aide portion of the Arizona Ombudsman’s Office, will provide training to the Prescott Valley Town Council via Zoom.
