Double A Ranch Road at Cemetery Road in Ash Fork has been closed by the Yavapai County Roads Division due to hazardous driving conditions. Travelers should avoid this route as vehicles may become stuck in the mud. Additionally, Drake Road remains closed at both State Route 89 and Perkinsville Road, north of Paulden, due to extremely muddy and hazardous conditions.
The Roads Division reminds travelers that dirt roads are not suitable alternate routes for I-40, as these roads can be unsafe in extreme weather.
