Dozens of people gathered at the Grace Church in Chino Valley Monday to give their opinions on a proposed amendment to the town code regarding solar facilities.
After nearly three hours of public comment, Councilman Robert Switzer made this motion:
The town council voted unanimously to deny the ordinance.
