The final plat for the Whispering Canyon development in Williamson Valley was approved by the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors Wednesday.
County spokesman David McAtee tells The News:
Whispering Canyon would consist of 53 single-family lots on 61 acres at the intersection of Whispering Canyon Drive and Williamson Valley Road.
