The Prescott Valley Town Council received an update on the housing situation in the community at Thursday’s study session.
Rick Merritt from Elliot D. Pollack, the firm that conducted the housing needs assessment, explained:
Merritt said their findings showed 69 percent of respondents to their online survey were satisfied with their housing situation. It also showed 70 percent of renters paid 30 percent of their income for housing.
