A man who had previously fled on a motorcycle from officers during a traffic stop was arrested last Wednesday by Prescott Valley Police.
PVPD Spokeswoman Amanda Bowers tells The News this has become an increasing problem:
Bowers says the Prescott Valley Police Department has seen a large increase in criminal traffic-related arrests. Since the first of the year, officers have made 36 arrests for excessive speed, 16 reckless driving arrests, and two arrests for aggressive driving.
