The Prescott National Forest has announced that pavement repairs at the Playa Picnic Site, located in the Granite Basin Recreation Area, will close the site for approximately two weeks. The closure is planned for April 14th through the 25th; however, dates could shift due to unforeseen circumstances.
Visitors may continue to park at the boat launch and Metate and Cayuse trailheads during the closure.
