Things are looking good for some local teams in the latest power point rankings from the AIA. Starting with baseball, in the 4A Conference, both Bradshaw Mountain and Prescott are ranked in the top ten. The Bears are number five and the Badgers are number nine. In the 3A Conference, Chino Valley is number 19. That would qualify them for the state play-in tournament if the season ended today.
For softball, Bradshaw Mountain is number 19 and Prescott is number 27 in the 4A Conference. In the 3A Conference, Chino Valley is number 25, one spot away from a state play-in berth.
In tennis, for the boys, Prescott is number nine in Division II and Bradshaw Mountain is number 31. For the girls, Prescott is number 14 and Bradshaw Mountain is number 33.
In boys volleyball, Prescott is number eight and Bradshaw Mountain is number 24.
