Golf, at the High Desert Invitational, Chino Valley finished eleventh. Brody Sandberg shot an 82, good enough for a tie for 25th place.
Track and field, at the Leopard Invitational, Embry-Riddle’s Nick Logan finished ninth in the men’s 3,000 meter steeplechase. Mia Kemp was ninth in the women’s 10,000 meter run. At the Friday Night Lights Invitational, Chino Valley’s Eliana Metz finished third in the girls 800 meter run and Matt Sibole was fifth in the boys javelin.
