PVPD Hosts Another “Refuse to be a Victim” Class

The Prescott Valley Police Department is inviting local residents to take charge of their personal safety.


On Thursday from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m., the department’s Community Service Unit will host the NRA-certified Refuse to Be a Victim program.

Mullins says this free class is open to all Quad-City residents 18 years or older, but space is limited to just 50 participants. You can register at jmullins@prescottvalley-az.gov. Registration is open until May 21st.

The course covers everything from home and technological security to automobile awareness and the pros and cons of personal protection tools.
