City of Prescott Reintroduces Ambassador Program

City of Prescott officials are reintroducing the Ambassador Program on a pilot basis, aiming to enhance the visitor experience at the new City Hall.

The city is currently seeking volunteers with a friendly, service-oriented mindset to assist guests during business hours. Ambassadors will help visitors navigate the building, direct them to appropriate departments, answer basic questions about city services, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

Volunteer shifts are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., in three-hour blocks, either weekly or biweekly.

The program is set to launch in the first week of June, and applications are now open. The link to the application form can be found on the City of Prescott’s Facebook page.

A brief interview and background check will be required as part of the selection process.

City officials say the initiative is designed to strengthen public engagement and improve the overall experience at City Hall.
