Prescott Valley Town Council has approved a zoning change to clear the way for Project Lynx—an 86,000 square foot delivery center planned near Highway 89A and County Fair Trail.
The change rezones over 19 acres from rural residential to light industrial and is expected to bring 180 new jobs to the area.
The town’s Planning and Zoning Commission previously held a public hearing and voted 5-to-2 in favor of the project, with conditions.

The town will continue working with the developer on project details, including roadway capacity and traffic mitigation. Conditions of approval include a traffic impact analysis and infrastructure upgrades, as required by the town engineer.
