One of the major items on the Prescott City Council’s voting meeting agenda on Tuesday was the adoption of a resolution and an ordinance regarding the rezoning of land at 500 Marina Street for a 106-unit apartment complex. Along with the rezoning, council considered a water service application for the same property.
The Prescott City Council passed the rezoning of the project area on the southeast corner of South Marina Street and Leroux Street on a vote of 5-0, and subsequently passed the water service application on the same 5-0 vote.
Next will be a review of the project by city departments after the developer’s construction submittal.
