The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors Wednesday approved the sale of just under four acres of land to the Town of Prescott Valley.
County Spokesman David McAtee tells The News:
The land cost the Town of Prescott Valley a little over one million dollars. McAtee says the town will make three payments of around $400,000 over the next year.
