This year’s awards for Male and Female Athlete of the Year at Prescott High School came as no surprise. They were Uriah Tenette, the Region Player of the Year for both football and basketball, and Violet Williams, a four-time state champ in track and field. Jonathan Tso, the section champ for boys golf, and Rylee Hobson, the state champ in girls javelin, were the Male and Female Can-Do Athletes of the Year for overcoming adversity to succeed.
