Arizona Weather Force has issued its final 2025 monsoon season update, effective June 15 through September 30. Forecaster Raiden Storm reports that fading La Niña conditions are shifting toward a neutral “La Nada” pattern, bringing a rollercoaster of temperatures into early summer.
The official monsoon start is expected in late June, with long-range models pointing to a stronger season than last year. Increased storm activity is likely, fueled by an above-normal Eastern Pacific hurricane season—pushing moisture into southeastern Arizona counties like Pinal, Santa Cruz, and Cochise.
Arizona Weather Force will resume issuing storm maps and alerts for hail, wind, and potential flooding as conditions develop. Until then, brace for the heat.
