A great way to cap off a great first season of collegiate golf. Embry-Riddle’s Bella Mantini was named to the NAIA All-American Third Team.
The highlight of her rookie season was winning the Great Southwest Athletic Conference individual championship, shooting five over par. That performance helped Riddle win the team conference championship. At the NAIA national tournament, Mantini finished in 49th place, with the team finishing in 15th place.
During the regular season, Mantini finished 12th at the Northwest Iowa Invitational to kick off the season. She was also the medalist at the Embry-Riddle Fall Invitational, was seventh at the West Coast Classic, and eleventh at the Trailblazer Invitational.
Prior to coming to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Mantini played for Corona del Sol High School in Tempe. She was a state qualifier all four years and was Tempe’s All-City Female Golfer of the Year.
