They had terrific seasons on the softball field, and for that, they were selected to the KYCA All-Area Team for 2025. Embry-Riddle made it to the NAIA World Series once again thanks in large part to Leah Salas – the GSAC Player of the Year – Vanessa Brink – the GSAC Pitcher of the Year – Autumn Sulusi, Jade Bayless, Lily Anderson, Kealey Myhre, and Katie Jamieson.
Yavapai College’s top performers were Brianna Baca, Olivia Boswell, Mackenzie Durr, Tamryn Tucker, and Charley Pitrat.
Prescott’s key players were Mariah Smolnikar, Gracie Pereira, Haley and Lilly James, and Belle and Eva Mazon.
Bradshaw Mountain got great play from Kodee Statler — the Grand Canyon Region Offensive Player of the Year — Laila Silva, Bella Bianchi, and Jas Valentine.
Leading the way for Chino Valley were Kinsey Murphy, Aden Hubble, Rebecca Sanders, Jamie Felton, Maleah Garcia, and Jordan Mortensen.
