The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors gave the okay to several health-related items on its agenda from Wednesday’s meeting in Cottonwood. One was a $683,000 intergovernmental agreement with the Arizona Department of Health Services.
County spokesman David McAtee tells The News what that money will be used for:
The Board of Supervisors also approved a $350,000 contract with Iris Tele-Health for mental health services, and a $1.8 million contract with Wexford Health Services for inmate care at the adult and juvenile detention centers.
