A contentious issue came back to the Prescott City Council. At Tuesday’s meeting, the council discussed the proposed Whiskey Row hotel project.
John Riches, who represents the property owner, Jim Griset, said:
Those changes include reducing the height of the building by one story to make it four stories and modifying the window configuration at sidewalk level.
Councilwoman Connie Cantelme explained:
Several residents addressed the council about the hotel, including Ken Feddick:
The Prescott City Council ultimately decided to not vote on the hotel, and instead discuss the matter further at its August 5th meeting.
