Prescott City Council Discusses Major Improvement Project on HWY 89

Plans are in the works by the City of Prescott to make improvements along Highway 89.

At Tuesday’s City Council study session, Andrew Baird, the project manager for Kimley-Horn, which is handling the design of the project, said:
