Starting Monday, residents of Chino Valley will have a new way to get in touch with their local government. The town has launched a new digital tool called “Chino Valley Connected,” designed to make reporting issues like potholes, downed signs, or blocked intersections quick and easy.
Residents can download the app to submit service requests directly from their phones—including photos and location information—and track the status as staff addresses these issues. The platform also helps town staff monitor requests, spot trends, and allocate resources more efficiently.
Mayor Tom Armstrong says the app promotes “access, transparency, and accountability,” while also modernizing communication between the town and its residents.
“Chino Valley Connected” is available on iOS, Android, and through the town’s website.
