ERAU Women’s Soccer Picks up Transfer Players

The Embry-Riddle women’s soccer team was not shy about diving into the transfer pool to fill out their roster for 2025. The Lady Eagles strengthened their defense by bringing in Ava Forrester. Last season, she anchored the defense for Converse University in Spartanburg, South Carolina, helping them pitch eight shutouts. A native of Albuquerque, she was an all-district and all-state selection while at Eldorado High School.

Riddle also got some D-1 talent with Natalia Sepulveda from NAU. She also spent time at Southern Utah. A native of Tucson, Sepulveda attended Mountain View High School and was a four-time all-region selection.

The Lady Eagles also shored up the goalkeeper position by bringing in Jenica Opdahl. She comes to Riddle from the U.S. Air Force Academy. She was an all-state player from Bloomfield Hills High School in Michigan.

Embry-Riddle won the GSAC championship last season.
