The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office is trying to find the person or persons responsible for three separate trailer fires in Seligman. According to YCSO officials, deputies responded to a trailer fire off North Sierra Lane around 7:30 p.m. Friday.
Just as they arrived, two more trailer fires were reported a half-mile away. Local residents and personnel from the Seligman Fire Department worked together to put out the fires. No injuries were reported, and all three trailers appeared to have been abandoned.
Sheriff’s Office investigators believe the fires were intentionally set. Anyone with information on these incidents should call the Sheriff’s Office at 928-771-3260 or Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232.
