A Prescott resident has been arrested on two felony counts concerning sexual conduct.
Prescot Police Lieutenant Gary Novak tells The News:
Prescott police report that an investigation found that Ziminsky allegedly started a relationship with a 16-year-old victim, who was known to him, earlier in the year. Police say Ziminsky and the victim reportedly had daily contact through phone calls, text messages and at one point met in person.
The investigation is ongoing at this time.
