Local scoreboard from yesterday, the Prescott boys golf team finished second at the Flagstaff multi-meet. Jackson Carr tied for second with a 37.
At the Chino Valley cross country multi-meet, Bradshaw Mountain was first on the boys side and Prescott won it on the girls side. The Bears’ Kody Castillo was the winner on the boys side and Chino Valley’s Eliana Metz finished first on the girls side.
The Yavapai/Scottsdale soccer games were postponed due to the weather.
She’s one of the best in the state. Prescott flag football’s Maggie Maneely made the Arizona Republic’s top ten defensive backs in the state. Maneely, who led all players in the state with 22 interceptions last year, was number six in the poll.
