Local scoreboard from the Labor Day Weekend, in soccer, for the men, Yavapai College lost to Pima 6-2. Embry-Riddle tied College of Idaho 0-0 and lost to Eastern Oregon 3-0. Women, Yavapai College edged out number 13 Laramie County College 2-1. Talon Bennett made eight saves.
Volleyball, Prescott went 3-2 at the Wolves Classic.
Golf, at the Arizona Fall Preview, the Prescott boys finished fourth. Jackson Carr had a two-day score of 139.
Cross country, at the George Kyte Classic, the Embry-Riddle women finished fourth and the men were fifth. Chino Valley grad Dillon Eisner placed tenth for the men and Sophia Noriega placed 13th for the women. At the Peaks Invitational, the Prescott girls finished fifth. Will Townsend was 20th on the boys side and Audrey Delaney placed 40th for the girls.
