Three people were killed in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. 93 Saturday. Fire crews from Congress and Wickenburg, along with ambulance crews, responded to the accident. Two vehicles were found with heavy damage. Three fatalities were confirmed at the scene.
One patient was airlifted to a nearby hospital. Two others were transported by ground to a trauma center by Priority and Lifeline ambulances.
U.S. 93 was closed in both directions throughout the day. No further details have been released as the investigation continues.
