Flu season is on the horizon, and officials with Yavapai County Community Health Services want you to be ready for it. The department has scheduled several flu shot clinics throughout the county during October.
The first one is October 2nd at the Skull Valley Community Hall in Skull Valley from 10 a.m. to noon. Another clinic is set for October 8th at the Mayer Recreation Center at 10001 South Wicks Avenue from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. On October 9th, flu shots will be available at the Chino Valley WIC Office at 1951 North Voss Drive from 10 a.m. to noon. Also on October 9th, flu shots will be available at the Prescott Public Library on Goodwin Street from 1 to 4 p.m.
