The City of Prescott might be going to court over appointing Patrick Grady to the city council. Sherri Hanna, who applied to fill the seat vacated by Cathey Rusing, filed a claim in court over the matter.
During Tuesday’s council meeting, Hanna’s attorney, Ryan Heath, said:
Heath says if he does not hear from the city by next Wednesday, he will file a temporary restraining order.
