Local scoreboard from yesterday, in soccer, the Embry-Riddle men tied Benedictine-Mesa 1-1. Sean McGuire had the Eagles’ lone goal. The Embry-Riddle women overpowered Benedictine-Mesa 5-0. Jamie Black notched two goals.
The Bradshaw Mountain flag football team topped ALA Queen Creek 21-14 in double-overtime. Morgan Gosik scored the game-winning touchdown.
The Prescott swim team took care of Bradshaw Mountain, the boys 85-59 and the girls 88-48. For Prescott, Eli Buettner won the boys 100 fly and 100 back, and Emma Crysler won the girls 50 free and 500 free. For Bradshaw, Kaleb Bennion won the boys 50 free and June Rapp won the 100 breast.
